Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs related to construction technology and technical competencies.
- Prepare training plans, schedules, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Develop training manuals, presentations, practical exercises, and assessment tools.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on construction technology and construction methods.
- Provide training on construction materials, tools, equipment, and work procedures.
- Train employees on building and infrastructure construction techniques, including concrete works, masonry, finishing works, and structural construction.
