Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify construction-related training needs through competency assessments, performance evaluations, and consultations with project departments.
- Develop annual and periodic technical training plans aligned with the Corporation's strategic objectives.
- Prepare training curricula, modules, manuals, presentations, and practical exercises related to construction technology.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on construction technology, methods, materials, and techniques.
