An established Hotel and Restaurant located in Bole Atlas, Addis Ababa is seeking qualified, customer-friendly candidates for the following full-time, permanent positions.

✅ Position 1: Head Chef (1 position)

■ Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Science, or a related field (relevant professional training or certificate is an advantage).

○ Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Yemeni and other Arabic dishes (international dishes are an advantage).
  • Communication skills in Amharic and English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must live in or near Bole Atlas.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for stock and cost records.

💰 Salary: Negotiable

✅ Position 2: Waiter

■ Education: Grade 10 or 12 completed; certificate or diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Service, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.

○ Experience Level: Fresh applicants are encouraged to apply.

  • Good communication in Amharic and English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must live close to Bole Atlas.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and basic ability to use order or POS systems.

° Advantage: Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service.

✅ Position 3: Assistant Hotel Manager (Male) (1 position)

■ Education: Bachelor’s degree (university graduate) in Hotel and Tourism Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

○ Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Good command of Amharic and English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must live near or around Bole Atlas.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

💰 Salary: Negotiable

✅ Position 4: Hotel Receptionist

■ Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Secretarial Science/Office Management, or a related field.

○ Experience Level: Fresh applicants are encouraged to apply.

  • Fluent in Arabic, English, and Amharic (spoken and written).
  • Must live close to Bole Atlas.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

° Advantageous: Knowledge of hotel reservation or front-desk software, and any previous customer service experience.
