The role. Follow up the company’s daily work and report to the General Manager.
What you will do
Run a 15-minute daily stand-up and follow up every promise made in it
Send the General Manager a short exceptions-only report by 10:00 every working day
Set weekly goals with each department on Monday and check results on Friday
Monitor customer response times, missed calls and open requests every day
Review the sales pipeline daily and hold a weekly pipeline review
Make sure finance reports, filings and reconciliations arrive on time
Hold department heads accountable for their plans and deadlines
Escalate only decisions, outages and key-customer issues to the General Manager
Requirements
BA degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience, including 2 years managing other managers
Experience in a technology, telecom, fintech or service company
Has run daily reporting and KPI follow-up in a past role
Confident holding senior colleagues to deadlines
Clear written reports in Amharic and English
Comfortable with Excel and basic online toolsOperations Manager — Alet Technology PLC
