Position: Medical Receptionist

1. Job Summary

ESTMED Aesthetics is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Medical Receptionist to welcome clients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and support the daily administrative operations of the clinic.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients professionally upon arrival.
• Manage client appointments, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and online inquiries.
• Register new clients and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
• Provide clients with basic information about clinic services and treatments.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
• Support daily administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle client concerns professionally and direct medical questions to the appropriate medical staff.
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy.

3. Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a medical or aesthetic clinic.
• Must be fluent in both English and Amharic. This is an essential requirement.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a professional environment.
