Requirements :
Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields
Key responsibilities :
• Attract new students and generate enrollment opportunities.
• Build partnerships with companies , educational institutions , NGO's , and other organizations.
• Promote Ethio - German's courses through field marketing and digital channels.
• Research market trends , competitors , and new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement approved marketing and growth plans.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations to management.
• REQUIREMENTS :
• * Back ground in Marketing , Business , Sales , or related fields.
• Strong communication , negotiation , and networking skills.
• Ability to approach organizations and convert opportunities into results.
• Good English and Amharic communication skills.
• Self motivated , organized , and target - oriented.
