About the Role

The Technical Manager is responsible for technical leadership across system design, installation quality, maintenance standards, and team development. This role ensures SolarPro delivers consistent, high-quality energy storage systems at scale.

Organize and lead a team to handle the entire process, including bidding, tendering, negotiations, and the subsequent execution of the project.

Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience in design, supply, installation, and maintenance of
• energy systems
• Bidding

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical design standards and system approvals
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance quality
• Develop and enforce technical SOPs, checklists, and documentation standards
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians
• Ensure strong technical coordination with sales and supply teams
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and service quality
