SewaSew Academy is looking for three committed English language teachers who can deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons and contribute to a supportive, professional learning culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with SewaSew’s curriculum and teaching approach.
- Create a respectful, encouraging environment where learners feel safe to participate and make mistakes.
- Prepare lesson materials and use effective activities to support learning.
- Participate in training, peer observations, and feedback sessions.
- Communicate professionally, meet deadlines, follow agreed procedures, and report challenges early.
Requirements
- Strong English proficiency and effective communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage learners.
- Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and improve continuously.
- Reliability, integrity, respect for others, and commitment to learners’ progress.
- Ability to follow the curriculum while taking appropriate initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree: Preferred but not required.
- Teaching experience or relevant training is an advantage.
