Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and record daily air ticket sales transactions and reconcile with HPR records.
- Perform daily collection and reconciliation of air ticket sales revenue.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales, receivables, and collections, including IATA 8-day reports.
- Verify sales records and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare payment requests for clients and follow up on collections.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Check IATA balances and process IATA payments.
