About the Role
MKF ICT Solutions is a fast-growing Ethiopian technology company building digital products and media services. We run a national Mobile Audio Content Club with Ethio Telecom and are scaling our YouTube news channel (Ethio Breaking News).

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor & YouTube Content Creator who can produce high-quality videos and help grow our subscriber base.

What You Will Do
• Edit daily YouTube news videos and short social media content (TikTok, Reels, Instagram)
• Create promotional videos, reels, and explainer content for social media and service promotion
• Design strong titles, thumbnails, and visually attractive videos
• Work closely with the journalist and technical team
• Maintain consistent quality and daily posting schedule

Required Skills
• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with After Effects and Photoshop is a strong advantage
• Ability to create clean long-form videos and engaging short videos
• Good understanding of YouTube packaging (title, thumbnail, retention)
• Fluent in Amharic (spoken and written) — English is a plus
• Creative, fast, and able to meet daily deadlines
• Passionate about growing a YouTube channel

Preferred Qualifications
• Lives near Megenagna, CMC, or 22
• IT or computer-related background
• Previous experience growing a YouTube or TikTok page
• Basic digital marketing / social media content experience
• Knowledge of Afaan Oromo is an advantage.
• Basic audio editing knowledge (Audacity or Adobe Audition) is a plus
