We're hiring experienced, persuasive Call Center Sales Agents to handle incoming and outgoing sales calls for premium ceramic tiles. Full time, based in Addis Ababa.
What you'll do
• Answer incoming calls and turn inquiries into sales
• Make outgoing calls to new and existing customers, contractors and designers
• Explain our products clearly and close deals over the phone
• Follow up on leads and keep customer records updated
• Hit your daily call and monthly sales targets
What we need
• Proven experience in telesales or call center sales
• Excellent communication in Amharic (English is a plus)
• Confident, convincing and clear on the phone
• Basic computer skills
