- Previous experience teaching children aged 4–7 years.
- Additional training or experience in child psychology, behavioral development, special education or inclusive education is highly desirable.

- Warm, nurturing and genuinely interested in child development.
- Creative and energetic, with the ability to make learning enjoyable.
- Consistent in setting boundaries without being harsh or punitive.
- Observant and able to recognize emotional and behavioral triggers.
- Flexible and able to adapt teaching methods to the child's needs.
- A good communicator who can work collaboratively with parents.
6. Additional Expectations
