Fresh graduate in Architecture or applicants with up to 1 year of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of architectural design, Interior Design and building planning.

Good skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.

Develop architectural designs, concepts, space planning, and interior design layouts.

Prepare detailed architectural and Interior drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.

Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and architectural rendering Software (Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Blender or similar software).

Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Must have a Good-performance laptop or gaming laptop capable of running architectural design and rendering software.

A portfolio of academic or personal architectural projects is an advantage.
