Monthly Base Salary: 60,000 ETB
Additional Compensation: Performance-based commissions and bonuses

Omega Remote Talent is a U.S.-based remote staffing and business operations company serving American businesses. We are hiring a business-minded, results-driven Growth Manager who can bring in paying U.S. clients, grow revenue, and lead a reliable remote team.

Your responsibilities
• Find, contact, negotiate with, and close paying U.S. business clients.
• Build a repeatable sales pipeline and report measurable weekly results.
• Recruit, coach, and manage remote staff to deliver excellent client service.
• Improve client retention, operating quality, and profitable business growth.

What we are looking for
• Proven business-to-business sales and customer-acquisition results, preferably with U.S. clients.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, follow-through, and independent leadership.
• Experience managing people, targets, and service delivery.
• Ability to overlap with agreed U.S. business hours.

Work arrangement: Full-time remote, 40 hours weekly. Initial performance review after 90 days. Commission and bonus eligibility and detailed terms are discussed internally during the hiring process.
