Requirements & Qualifications
• High English Knowledge and understanding
• Software: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (essential).
• Skills: Strong sense of visual pacing, cuts, and stock footage selection matching a voiceover script.
• Tech Setup (Required Mandatory): Access to a reliable high performance PC/laptop capable of editing HD content and a stable and high bandwidth internet connection for syncing files via Google Drive.
• High Speed Internet is very mandatory
• Mindset: Reliable, punctual with deadlines, and open to feedback.

Compensation & Pay Structure
• Base Rate: 1,000 ETB per 10–12 minute video (Base visual assembly using our master templates).
• Sound Design Add-on: +500 ETB bonus (Total 1,500 ETB) for videos requiring full SFX mapping, audio leveling, and immersive soundscapes.
• Volume: Steady weekly assignments with opportunities for rate increases as channel revenue scales.
• Turnaround Time: 24 to 36 hours per video. But it depends on the urgency.
