Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Comprehensive Nursing with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, dressing wounds, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring patients' comfort and safety.
- Collaborating with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive care plans for patients, sharing vital information and insights.
- Advocating for their patients, ensuring their needs are met, and their voices are heard within the healthcare system. They educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patients' medical histories, symptoms, treatments, and observations to facilitate seamless communication among healthcare providers.
