We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee furniture production. The successful candidate will manage daily workshop activities, supervise employees, maintain product quality, and ensure timely production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate daily workshop operations and production schedules.

2. Supervise employees, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

3. Ensure products meet the company’s quality standards.

4. Monitor raw materials, tools, and equipment to prevent production delays.

5. Ensure efficient use of materials, labor, and workshop resources.

6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

7. Identify production problems and implement effective solutions.

8. Ensure orders are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.

• Diploma or degree in furniture production, woodworking, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing techniques, materials, and tools.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to organize production activities and manage a team.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
