Job Overview

• Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.

• Ensure timely tax declarations, statutory payments, and compliance with applicable financial regulations. Support budgeting, financial forecasting, audits, and preparation of supporting schedules.

• Review payment transactions, settlement records, and reconciliation reports in coordination with relevant departments. Strengthen internal financial controls and identify accounting discrepancies or irregularities.

• Maintain proper financial documentation and support internal and external audits. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Education:

• BA/MA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.

• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, payment systems, or a similar industry. Technical Competencies: Financial reporting, general ledger management, bank reconciliation, tax compliance, internal controls, and accounting software proficiency. Behavioral Competencies: Analytical thinking, accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication.
