Job Description

Medtech Com Trading is seeking customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a call center agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance in Amharic.

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys as required, using Amharic.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, utilizing

Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
