Hakim+ Pharmacy is looking for a motivated, experienced, and customer-focused pharmacist to join our team on a full time basis.

Location: Figa, Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 1:30 in the morning to 10:30 in the afternoon (Ethiopian Local Time)

Key Responsibilities
• Dispense medications accurately and provide professional patient counseling.
• Recommend appropriate OTC medications, skincare, and cosmetic products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Support insurance, corporate integration and ERP, app acquisition initiatives.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock availability, and maintain accurate records.
• Use digital pharmacy systems for daily operations.
• Work toward assigned sales, customer service, and operational performance targets.
• Support the pharmacy's growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dispensing pharmacist.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid professional practice license.
• Good knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and dermatological products.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using digital systems.
