Job Summary

The Management Trainee will undergo a structured development program to gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's operations, with a specific focus on Marketing and Sales. The trainee will work closely with the Marketing & Sales Department Head, assisting in daily operations, data analysis, and business growth initiatives while developing the skills necessary for future leadership roles within Minaye PLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced MS Excel and other computer skills to compile, analyze, and present sales and marketing data to management.

• Assist the sales team in tracking leads, managing client communications, and supporting efforts to achieve departmental sales targets.

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to drive business growth.

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Sales Department Head.

• Actively participate in internal training sessions and complete assigned projects to understand the company's overall business model.

• Work with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: BA Degree in any field.

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience required. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in computer applications is mandatory.

• Strong, demonstrable skills in MS Excel are highly required.

• Good English language and strong analytical skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a team.
