Possible Technology PLC is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence, build our brand identity, and communicate our products and services effectively across digital platforms.

1. Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies and marketing plans.
• Manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
• Lead and coordinate content creators, video editors, and cameramen.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Develop digital campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all platforms.

2. Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, TikTok videos, promotional videos, and marketing materials.
• Present and promote company products and services through video and photography.
• Work under the direction and content strategy of the Social Media Manager.
• Collaborate with the video editor and cameraman during production.
• Participate in content planning, scripting, and creative brainstorming.
• Follow content schedules and meet assigned production deadlines.

Required Qualifications
• Educational background in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, photography, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• A portfolio or examples of previous work are highly encouraged.
