About the Role
A private client is seeking a full-time Sales Representative based in Mexico, Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and creating a welcoming, professional retail experience.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell mobile devices and related products
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with senior-level experience
- Age between 25 and 30
- Must reside around or close to Mexico, Addis Ababa
- Strong skills in sales, product knowledge, active listening, time management, and problem solving
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and autonomous retail environment
- Ability to align customer needs with business goals
