Hashim Consultancy provides psychological and social support, focusing on trauma recovery, depression, abuse, and other mental health concerns. Our call center serves as a lifeline for those in need, offering professional guidance and a compassionate ear.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychological and social support via phone consultations.
Offer guidance to clients facing trauma, depression, and abuse - related issues.
Maintain emphathetic, professional and confidential communication.
Accurately document client interactions and feedback for service improvement.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor degree in psychology & psychiatry (no related fields)
Language: Amharic & proficient in local languages (Afan Oromo & Tigrigna)
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion
Willingness to work in a shift - based schedule
Passion for mental health advocacy and supporting vulnerable individuals.
