Position: Site Manager

Job Purpose
To plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities, ensuring that construction and interior design projects are completed according to the approved design, quality standards, schedule, and budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and interior design site activities.
• Ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate workers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Identify site problems and take appropriate corrective action in coordination with management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction or interior design site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, interior finishing, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate workers and manage multiple site activities.
