About the Role
Reports to Commercial Management. The Sales & Marketing Officer will promote T&T's automotive services, expand the customer base, manage client relations, and drive business growth in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns for auto care, EV/Hybrid, and body repair.
- Engage corporate and individual vehicle owners to build partnerships.
- Manage client feedback, service follow-ups, and online bookings.
- Analyze automotive service market trends in Addis Ababa.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Management or Business fields (background/education in Auto Mechanics is highly preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of marketing or sales experience.
- Proficient in sales analysis, digital marketing, CRM, web administration, and sales administration.
