About the Role
The Technical Manager reports to General Management to supervise workshop technical operations and diagnostic quality, ensuring repairs adhere to factory-level automotive standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day workshop technical operations and diagnostic quality
- Conduct advanced OBD computer diagnostics and solve complex issues
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and genuine OEM parts usage
- Log jobs and generate diagnostic reports via management software
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Auto Mechanics or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair and computer diagnostics proficiency
- Skills in management reporting, IT operations, and automotive maintenance
