Bilal Microfinance invites qualified and competent applicants for the following positions. Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C. is a full-fledge interest free microfinance institution established based on the NBE Directive No. MFI/32/2021 to provide sharia compliant and inclusive microfinance services that provide access to the community excluded from financial services due to interest.
Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – Urgent
Required Qualification and Experience Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution; OR
- College Diploma (Level V/10+3) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI) or the Banking Industry is an added advantage. Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of credit operations and customer service.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Integrity, teamwork, and willingness to work under pressure.
