We Are Hiring: Sales Representative — Addis Ababa
PickUp Delivery provides scheduled last-mile delivery services for online merchants in Addis Ababa. We help businesses that sell through e-commerce platforms and social media organize their deliveries and send multiple orders on a planned schedule.
We need a Sales Representative to take full responsibility for finding new customers and helping them start to use our delivery service.
Your responsibilities
- Find and contact online merchants who need delivery services.
- Explain our service and how it can help their business.
- Follow up with potential customers, answer their questions, and address their concerns.
- Guide new customers through registration and help them start to use our service.
- Keep clear records of leads, customer discussions, and follow-up actions.
- Work with our delivery team to help new customers get started.
What we are looking for
- Clear communication and good listening skills.
- Confidence in contacting potential customers and presenting our service.
- Good organization and consistent follow-up.
- The ability to work independently and take responsibility for sales results.
- Previous experience in sales or customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Knowledge of online selling or delivery services is an advantage.

Pay
- Base salary: ETB 10,000
- Commission for each new merchant you onboard.
