Kabba provides technology-enabled transportation services for students and employees. We are looking for a creative, organized and hands-on person to grow our online presence, engage prospective customers and drivers, and bring our daily operations to life through content.
What you will do
- Manage messages, inquiries and comments on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; respond promptly and professionally.
- Plan a practical content calendar, write captions, and schedule and publish posts across platforms.
- Visit Kabba operations to film authentic short videos, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit short-form videos and create clear, on-brand graphics, photos and promotional materials.
- Develop content and campaigns that attract parents, corporate customers and prospective drivers.
- Pass qualified customer inquiries to the CRM team and driver inquiries to the driver management team.
- Track content performance and lead inquiries, and share a simple weekly results update.
- Coordinate with operations and respect customer privacy; obtain permission before filming or publishing identifiable passengers, especially children.
What we are looking for
- Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging videos and produce social media graphics; a strong portfolio matters most.
- Working knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
- Strong written communication in Amharic and English, with good judgment in responding to the public.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable filming at different Kabba operating locations.
- Previous social media or content creation experience is prefer
reused across platforms.
