Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and persuasive Field Representatives to visit event venues (hotels, halls, gardens, restaurants, convention centers) across the city. You will be responsible for mapping out venue locations, completing venue profiles, and pitching/onboarding venue owners and managers to list their properties on our booking platform.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Auditing: Conduct on-site visits to event venues to collect key operational data (capacity, pricing structures, facilities, layout, audio-visual equipment, and parking) using our digital intake tools.
Application Promotion & Onboarding: Pitch the benefits of our booking app directly to venue owners and decisionmakers.
Photo & Layout Capture: Take clear photographs, floor plan images, and asset details for venue profile verification.
Feedback Gathering: Collect insights on current booking methods and revenue preferences (commission vs. subscription models) to help us refine our application features.
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in field data collection, door-to-door sales, brand promotion, or event support.
Tech-savvy with comfortable smartphone usage (Android/iOS) for field reporting and app demonstrations.
Highly active, organized, and confident when speaking to business owners and managers.
