# Assist customers online or in person regarding product details, options, and prices.
# Manage and record customer orders (both walk-in and online)..
# Manage product pickups, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
# Answer phone calls and messages from customers (Telegram, TikTok, etc.).
# Occasionally create short videos or photos for social media updates.
# Help with packaging or preparing items for delivery when needed.
# Collect customer feedback and report daily sales.
