About Azela Language School

Azela Language School is seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated English Language Teachers to join our team in Dessie and Kombolcha.

We offer English language courses for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners, as well as special classes for children. Our goal is to help students develop strong English communication skills, improve their fluency, and communicate confidently in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level students.

• Deliver lessons in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and listening.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and engaging classroom activities.

• Help students improve their English fluency and communication skills.

• Create an interactive and supportive learning environment.

• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Adapt teaching methods to different learning needs and proficiency levels.

• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.

• Teach children effectively when assigned to children's classes.

• Monitor students' performance and contribute to maintaining high teaching standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree or diploma in English, English Language Teaching, Education, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good classroom management and lesson-planning abilities.

• Ability to explain English concepts clearly and effectively.

• Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teaching.

• Previous English teaching experience is an advantage.

• Experience teaching children is an additional advantage.
