1. JOB PURPOSE

To support architectural design, technical drawing preparation, 3D visualization, graphic design, and corporate branding activities while delivering creative, accurate, and high-quality outputs that meet client requirements and company standards under the guidance of senior staff.

2. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Architectural Design: Assist in developing architectural concepts, space planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and technical drawings. Prepare 3D models and renderings, incorporate design revisions, and support site visits when required.
• Graphic Design and Branding: Design and assist in preparing company profiles, brochures, proposals, reports, catalogs, logos, corporate identity materials, presentations, and digital marketing content. Prepare print-ready artwork and follow established brand guidelines.
• Project Support: Assist with multiple design assignments, meet deadlines, organize project files, incorporate client feedback, and coordinate with senior designers, engineers, and other team members.
• Quality Control: Review drawings, visualizations, and graphic materials for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and professional presentation before submission for review.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, graphic designers, project managers, and other departments. Apply feedback, improve technical skills, and contribute to team objectives.
• Learning and Development: Stay informed about design trends, materials, software, and technologies to improve creativity, productivity, and design quality.

3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with demonstrated graphic design capabilities.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design, graphic design, or a related creative role.
• Basic practical experience in architectural drafting, 3D visualization, graphic design, and branding.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating architectural drawings, 3D renders, graphic design, and branding projects.
• Relevant training, internships, certifications, or professional development in architecture and graphic design are an advantage.

4. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Architecture: AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, and Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or equivalent rendering software.
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW or equivalent software.
• General: Microsoft Office, file organization, basic technical documentation, and digital file management.

7. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Senior architects, graphic designers, engineers, project managers, marketing, and administration teams.

External: Clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, printing companies, and other service providers, as assigned.
