• Graphic Design and Branding: Direct the design and production of company profiles, brochures, proposals, reports, catalogs, logos, corporate identity materials, presentations, and digital marketing content. Maintain brand consistency and ensure print-ready artwork.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple design assignments, establish priorities, monitor deadlines, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to project proposals and presentations.
• Quality Assurance: Review architectural drawings, visualizations, and graphic materials for accuracy, completeness, technical compliance, and professional quality while minimizing errors and revisions.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior designers and drafting personnel, provide technical guidance, allocate tasks, and promote continuous improvement and effective teamwork.
• Innovation: Research emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and software to improve design quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, with demonstrated competence in both disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, including project coordination and design leadership.
• Proven experience in architectural drafting, 3D visualization, graphic design, corporate branding, and technical documentation.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating architectural and graphic design capabilities.
• Relevant professional registration or licensing where required; postgraduate qualifications or specialized certifications are an advantage.

4. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Architecture: AutoCA D, Revit or ArchiCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, and Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or equivalent rendering software.
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW or equivalent.
• General: Microsoft Office, technical reporting, project documentation, digital file management, and version control.
