1. JOB PURPOSE

To capture professional photographs and videos, edit high-quality visual content, and produce engaging materials for company projects, promotions, events, advertisements, and social media platforms.

2. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Filming and Photography: Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and related equipment to capture company projects, products, events, interviews, and promotional content.
• Video Editing: Edit footage, correct colors, enhance audio, add titles, subtitles, transitions, music, graphics, and effects, and export videos for different platforms.
• Content Production: Develop creative concepts and shooting plans; produce corporate videos, advertisements, project documentaries, interviews, and social media reels.
• Coordination: Work with management and marketing teams, maintain equipment, organize and back up media files, ensure brand consistency, and meet production deadlines.

3. QUALIFICATIONS, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES
• Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven professional experience in videography, photography, video editing, and multimedia content production.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production tools, and to independently manage the complete filming and editing process.
• Creative Ability: Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to develop original ideas, create engaging visual content, and transform concepts into high-quality videos and photographs.
• Versatility: Ability to handle a wide range of assignments, including corporate videos, promotional advertisements, project documentation, interviews, event coverage, product photography, social media reels, and other marketing materials.
• Editing and Post-Production: Proficiency in professional video editing software, color correction, audio enhancement, motion graphics, visual effects, and the preparation of content for different platforms.
• Independent Work Capability: Ability to plan shoots, develop creative concepts, manage production activities, solve technical problems, organize media files, and deliver completed work with minimal supervision.

4. TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Graphics and Audio: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition or equivalent software.
• Production: Camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, audio recording, color correction, and video exporting.

5. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Creativity, visual storytelling, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to meet deadlines.

6. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Quality of video and photography; timely delivery; creativity and storytelling; audio and visual quality; compliance with project briefs and branding; audience engagement where applicable; minimal revisions; and proper equipment and file management.

7. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Management, marketing, design, and project teams.
External: Clients, event organizers, production teams, and suppliers.
