1. Job Purpose

Empolo Addis Trading PLC is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented Junior Sales Representative to support the company's sales activities, identify new customers, promote steel door products, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

2. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers, including contractors, real estate developers, construction companies, and individual buyers.
• Promote the company's steel door products and explain their features and benefits.
• Conduct customer visits and construction site visits to generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and prospective orders.
• Support the preparation of quotations and sales reports.
• Record customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor regarding customer requirements, orders, and delivery updates.
• Work toward achieving assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

3. Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, steel doors, or construction materials is an advantage.
• An interest in B2B sales and business development is desirable.

4. Required Skills
• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and a positive mindset.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, visit customers, and achieve sales targets.

5. Performance Evaluation

Performance will be evaluated based on new customer acquisition, productive customer visits, follow-up activities, quotation conversion, CRM accuracy, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

6. Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: Based on company policy and the candidate's qualifications.
• Commission: The Company has an established sales commission policy.
