Our Fashion & Beauty School is seeking dynamic Golden Sales & Marketing graduates to join our team as Sales & Customer Service Officers. This role is ideal for ambitious graduates who want to apply their skills in a vibrant, creative industry while helping us expand student enrollment and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollment through effective sales strategies and outreach campaigns.

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, parents, and partners.

• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with professionalism and warmth.

• Support marketing initiatives, including promotional events, workshops, and campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, alumni, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the school’s creative and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Graduate of Golden Sales & Marketing program or any other sales graduate.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Amharic and English.

• Passion for fashion, beauty, and education.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is an advantage.
