Job Description:

Yaltopia Tech is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence across digital platforms and engage our audience with compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube
• Write engaging captions, posts, and campaign copy in English and Amharic
• Manage the monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns within the assigned budget
• Respond to comments and messages and build an active online community
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare monthly reports
• Work closely with the videographer/designer to produce high-quality visual content
• Monitor trends, competitors, and new platform features to keep content fresh

Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
• Strong portfolio of social media accounts or campaigns you have managed
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and scheduling tools
• Excellent written communication skills in English and Amharic
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines

Nice to Have
• Experience with TikTok trends and short-form video content
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
