We are a language learning company by an established Addis Ababa technology group. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on operations manager with fresh energy and big ideas to build and run company operations.

The Role
You will lead the company and own its growth: build the team, launch the product, grow the user base, oversee production, marketing, sales & partnerships.

What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day operations, strategy and growth
• Work closely with developers to plan, build and launch the product
• Hire and lead a small team across tech, marketing and customer support
• Build partnerships that help the company grow
• Set goals, manage the budget and report results to the board

What We’re Looking For
• Fresh energy, ambition and a hunger to build something big
• A technical background in software, product or engineering
• Experience launching or growing a digital product
• Comfortable moving fast in a startup
• Strong problem-solver who takes ownership
• Fluent in English and Amharic

Nice to Have
• A marketing mind: you understand users, branding and how to grow an audience (much appreciated)
• Startup or founder experience
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
