VALINA Human Hair is looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven female candidate to help grow our customer base, wholesale network, and online presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Search for and approach wholesale buyers, hair vendors, beauty salons, and resellers.
• Visit potential clients, make sales calls, and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Create promotional videos, hair try-on videos, and product demonstrations.
• Host TikTok Live sessions to showcase products, engage viewers, and generate sales.
• Promote VALINA products actively on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and maintain customer relationships.
• Research market trends, identify new sales opportunities, and report sales activities.

Requirements
• Female candidate with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident on camera and comfortable appearing in videos and TikTok Live sessions.
• Proactive, presentable, creative, and comfortable approaching new people.
• Familiar with social media platforms and interested in beauty, hair, and fashion.
• Organized, target-oriented, and willing to conduct field visits.
• Previous sales, beauty industry, or content creation experience is an advantage.

Compensation
• Salary: monthly
• Performance-based sales commission.
