On behalf of our client, National Cement Lemi Factory, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Division Manager – Process & Technology (CCR Division Manager) to oversee process and technology operations at its cement manufacturing plant.

Duty Station: Lemi Plant, Ensaro Woreda
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary and Benefits: Negotiable within the company salary scale, with additional benefits as per company policy.

Job Details

The Division Manager will oversee cement production processes and technology operations, with particular emphasis on kiln operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to support efficient plant operations, process performance, and production quality.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or 11 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in kiln operations and/or as a senior operator is required.
