Moii Technologies PLC is looking for a talented, confident, and exceptionally creative Content Creator & Brand Presenter to join our growing team.

We want someone with a natural on-camera presence, a strong personality, and a genuine passion for storytelling, creativity, and digital content.

This is more than a traditional content creation role. We're looking for someone who can help shape how people see, experience, and connect with our company.

The ideal candidate can take a simple idea and turn it into something exciting, engaging, relatable, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent Moii Technologies PLC professionally and confidently through video content, social media, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Develop fresh, original, and engaging content ideas that help our company stand out.
• Present naturally and confidently in front of the camera.
• Plan, script, film, and participate in the production of promotional videos, short-form content, interviews, and creative campaigns.
• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Communicate the company's message, products, services, and values in a clear, relatable, and compelling way.
• Develop unique storytelling approaches, attention-grabbing introductions, creative concepts, and memorable campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
• Research audience interests, emerging trends, and innovative content formats.
• Suggest and experiment with new approaches to improve audience engagement, brand awareness, and content performance.
• Participate in creative brainstorming, campaign planning, and content production.

What We're Looking For
• Previous experience creating social media, promotional, entertainment, educational, or brand-related content.
• A confident, expressive, and engaging on-camera personality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong creativity and the ability to develop original concepts independently.
• Natural storytelling ability and an understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and pay attention.
• Good understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content engagement.
• Ability to express ideas clearly and connect with different audiences.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of a camera.
• Professional attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate.
• Ability to take ownership of a creative idea from concept to execution.

Additional Skills — Strong Advantages

The following abilities will give applicants a significant advantage:
• Videography and camera operation.
• Professional video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Scriptwriting and creative direction.
• Photography and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing personal or business social media accounts.
• Experience developing successful promotional campaigns.
• Understanding of audience analytics and content performance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple Ethiopian languages.
