• Train new garment operators on basic and advanced sewing operations.
• Demonstrate correct sewing techniques, machine operation, and garment construction methods.
• Train operators according to their assigned operation and skill level.
• Provide practical training on different garment styles and operations.
• Evaluate trainees before assigning them to production lines.
• Support operators who require additional training to improve their performance.
• Provide training on machines such as:Single Needle LockstitchOverlockFlatlockCoverstitchChain StitchButtonholeButton AttachingBartackOther specialized machines
• Single Needle Lockstitch
• Overlock

• Teach correct machine handling, speed control, needle selection, thread setting, and basic adjustments.
• Ensure operators understand safe machine operating practices.
