The Senior Safety & Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing, developing, and enforcing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all active real estate construction projects. Operating from the Head Office, the role ensures that all projects meet Ethiopian building codes, international construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications while minimizing risk and delay

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in MS window, Applications & Technology out puts and so on.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Amharic and English languages

Educational level & Work experience:
• Master’s Degree (MSC) & Bachelor’s degree (BSC) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Professional certifications in QA/QC or Occupational Health & Safety are highly desirable and minimum of 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior QA/QC and HSE role managing high rise or multi-site real estate projects
