Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Summary

DOCNAH REAL ESTATE is looking for motivated, professional, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our team in Addis Ababa. The ideal candidates must have proven experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience
• A minimum of 6 months of proven experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify potential buyers and convert leads into sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media marketing are advantageous.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market.
• Experience in lead generation, client follow-up, and property marketing.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
