Location: Remote
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week
Duration: Immediate start until mid-February 2027, with potential to extend
Payment: Weekly — please propose your rate in ETB
We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer or Architect to join an ongoing interior design thesis project, working closely with an architect based in Milan. The brief is ready, and an immediate start is required.
All communication, research summaries, and presentations will be in English. Strong written and spoken English is essential, as you must confidently discuss ideas, understand feedback, and explain your research and design decisions.
Strong research ability is a priority. You should be able to identify credible sources, analyze precedents, connect findings, and translate research into clear design directions.
Scope of work:
- Site research, analysis graphics, and precedent studies.
- Research synthesis, mind maps, zoning diagrams, and concept development support.
- Mood boards and colour, material, and finish specifications.
- AutoCAD layouts, 3D modeling, and presentation graphics.
- Preparation of a print-ready thesis booklet.
Working expectations:
- Consistent availability throughout the week for ongoing development and revisions.
- Fast communication in English and strict weekly deadlines.
- Deliveries by Sunday night or Monday morning before Tuesday professor consultations.
- Revisions following weekly feedback.
- Organized, raw, editable files at every stage.
