Garment & Printing Production Assistant

About the Role
NIA Garment is looking for a Garment & Printing Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting with garment and bag production, textile printing processes, quality control, material preparation, and production coordination.

Responsibilities
- Assist in garment and bag production throughout the manufacturing process
- Prepare fabrics, accessories, and materials before production begins
- Support textile printing operations, including heat transfer, DTF, sublimation, and other printing processes
- Bundle, sort, and organize cut materials for production
- Inspect products during and after production to maintain quality standards
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
- Report production issues and help improve workflow efficiency

Requirements
- Previous experience in a garment factory, bag manufacturing, or textile printing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of garment production and printing processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn new production techniques
- Good teamwork and communication skills
