Romel General Trading PLC is looking to recruit interested and qualified fresh graduates for the following job position. *Romel General Trading PLC invites qualified, energetic, and result-oriented candidates to apply for Sales Representatives positions in the above newly identified sales areas (work place).*
Position: Sales Representative – Upcountry Sales Area Qualifications Requirements *Diploma or degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.* *Experience: 0-3 years and above; relevant sales experience is an advantage.* *Strong communication, negotiation, and customer- handling skills.* *Willingness to reside and work in the assigned sales area* *High commitment, honest, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.* Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet sales KPI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients, agents and potential influencers in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Collaborate with the marketing and other sales team to align promotional efforts and campaigns with sales strategies.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Monitor market, sales trends and competitor activities to adapt workable sales approach accordingly.
- Prepare daily sales activity and performance reports.
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, and collections.
