We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated individual to join our cosmetics and skincare shop. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics, excellent customer service skills, and outstanding social media abilities.
Job Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Help customers choose suitable skincare, beauty, and cosmetic products.
• Understand product ingredients, features, and usage instructions.
• Promote products and increase daily sales.
• Create attractive content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram.
• Take high-quality product photos and videos and create engaging reels and stories.
• Manage social media messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Assist with online promotions, new arrivals, and special offers.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Monitor stock levels, arrange product displays, and maintain shop cleanliness.
